Let me design for you the ultimate culinary journey through the Langhe region. Paired with the best wines Piemont has to offer, we are able to accomodate many different meal ideas as well as keeping it traditional. 

Here in Piedmont we are full of wonderful typical dishes, be it from the large selections of local cheese made from cow, sheep, and goats milk that pair wonderfully with our local honey some of the most sought after in the world. We can accomodate any kind of appetizers being meat lovers to vegetarian, here in Piedmont we have the most tender beef to a large array of fresh vegetables. Let's not forget to talk about the homemade pastas, here we offer some of the best Tajarin and Plin around. Also to end on a sweet note, Piedmont is the home of Nutella, Pannacotta, semifreddo, and Tiramisu with these Italian desserts that are commonly found in Italian restaurants all over the world.

Team Building

An example of how a week could look, this would be a great way to incorporate meetings with team building. (this is just an example, we are able to accomodate any kind of scheduling or ideas you might have in mind to make your time here most edificante, and also enjoyable) 

In this agenda we have a good amount of meeting time, but it is broken up over the course of a few days so people will be able to take in more information. The afternoons are times to relax and enjoy a bit the area as well as can be good team building times and activities. 

Day 1 arrival

Check into hotel, have some time to relax from the travel before an early dinner is served. On this day I find it is best we offer a small aperitivo, and an early dinner so people can get a good nights rest. 

Day 2 

Early breakfast

Followed by about a 4 hour meeting with a coffe break half way. This would be an ideal time to go over any meeting materials, being a product launch, or to talk about last years sales and goals for this year, etc. From this the group could be broken up into teams where they will all have the chance to visit different restaurants for lunch and afterwards go on wine tastings. Back to the hotel for some relax before getting ready for dinner.

Dinner we can make and event catered in the vineyards. With live music to accompany the dinner.

Day 3

Early Breakfast

Followed by about a 4 hour meeting with a coffe break half way. From this the group could be broken up into teams where they will all have the chance to visit different restaurants for lunch and afterwards will have a team building cookery class. Back to the hotel for a break before getting ready for dinner.

Dinner we can create an event in a restaurant. This can be offered with live music or some kind of entertainment for the group. 

Day 4

Early Breakfast

Followed by about a 4 hour meeting with a coffe break half way. Lunch will be served at location of meeting. The group for this afternoon is free to relax or can plan some activities on their own.

Dinner we can have an event catered in a restaurant. This day we can offer some dancing classes after dinner. 

Day 5

Early Breakfast

Followed by about a 4 hour meeting with a coffe break half way. Lunch will be served at location of meeting The group will be separated into smaller groups for more wine tasting in the afternoon.

Dinner we can have an event catered in the vineyards or we can offer something in a restaurant. This can be offered with live music or some kind of entertainment for the group.

Day 6

Early Breakfast

Last day and this will be a day of organized hikes for the full day with a picnic lunch. 

Dinner will be more relaxing at the hotel where you are staying so if people need to get up to catch a flight early they can easily go to rest for the evening.
